After struggling with weight issues my whole life I finally kicked the shit out of the fat-ass model of me once and for all and upgraded to the brand new faster and fitter 2013 model!
I know crazy right! I look in the mirror everyday and can’t believe how far I have come in just 1 YEAR (110 lbs and counting…down)!! Follow me through this blog as I take you through my daily Crossfit WOD’s (Workout Of the Day, for my non crossfit followers). “Nutritious and Delicious” recipes, trust me I am a fat kid at heart, I can’t wait to show you how to make “skinny people food” taste delicious!!
