When I began on my quest for a healthier lifestyle I had to make significant number of changes to my eating and cooking habits. One of these habits that have been formed is the elimination of “white condiments” (mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, etc.). In place of these items I now substitute w/ Greek yogurt not only will it take on the taste of anything it is paired with but it also provides a significant number of health benefits included but not limited to 24 grams of protein per cup, YES I SAID 24 GRAMS!!
What you need:
1- package chicken breast
2- cups of greek yogurt
1- generous amount of the hot sauce of your choice (mine is sriracha)
1- handful of basil, parsley or any green herb (I like to finish all my dishes w. bright green herbs, enhances the flavor and it looks nice and colorful)
Seasonings: Garlic Salt, Adobo, Pepper, cayenne, paprika, turmeric
