Salmon, one of the most nutrient dense fish we can consume and personally I LOVE IT!!  Salmon can be eaten raw or cooked and to be honest taste delicious both ways.  The versatility of Salmon is one of the most alluring aspects from a cooks perspective, you can literally cook it w. anything!!  This is one of the simplest and most delicious ways to cook this fish and I am sure you will love it!!  So be creative when it comes to this ingredient and don’t be afraid mix it up a bit when cooking!!

Baked Stuffed Chicken topped w/ Homemade Raspberry Cream Sauce

This is one of those dishes that was going to start out as a boring old baked chicken dish and then it turned into something spectacular along the way!!

Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30-45 minutes depending on the thickness of the breast. If unsure use a meat thermometer 160 degrees is optimal for a nice juicy inside!
