When it comes to vegetables I have 2 rules:
Rule #1: Buy the freshest produce I can get my hands on
Rule #2: Keep it simple
There is nothing simpler then squeezing some fresh lemon over some fresh broccoli and roasting in the oven until the tips get nice and chard. One of my favorite ways to prepare these and most other veggies for that matter.
Salmon, one of the most nutrient dense fish we can consume and personally I LOVE IT!! Salmon can be eaten raw or cooked and to be honest taste delicious both ways. The versatility of Salmon is one of the most alluring aspects from a cooks perspective, you can literally cook it w. anything!! This is one of the simplest and most delicious ways to cook this fish and I am sure you will love it!! So be creative when it comes to this ingredient and don’t be afraid mix it up a bit when cooking!!
